Revision 7376 of the Nintendo Gamecube and Wii emulator is now out folks, bringing a slew of new fixes and improvements.

- Dolphin SVN 7376:
- Fixed a memory leak that occurred while compiling the OpenCL kernels. Reset the frame counter after loading a save.
- Dolphin SVN 7375:
- Added a toggle switch for the OpenMP texture decoder in the graphics settings.
- Dolphin SVN 7374:
- Moved the config validity check to reflect the emulator enforced settings at the config dialog
- Removed some obsolete validity checks
- Corrected "EnablePixelLighting" typo in the ini files
- Dolphin SVN 7373:
- Make sure to not do any XFB emulation at all if it's not enabled. Should fix issue 4294.
