This is a Custom IOS, an IOS modified to add new features not available in the official IOS.

This IOS has been created to be used ONLY with homemade software.

The Custom IOS installs as IOS249 and does not modify any other IOS so it is safe to install.

This is because the region of the console does not match the region of the menu system.

This can be solved by installing the menu system for the new region of the console (for example, using the Custom IOS Downgrade) or change the region of the console back to the original.
