While there are already similar homebrew applications available on the iPhone, textReader forgoes any fancy formatting and quickly loads and displays large text files with ease. Anyway, here's the latest changelog from textReader 0.9:

* Allows you to specify multiple encodings to try when opening a file
* Will show .jpg and .png cover art for files
* Adds left, right, center, and justified text alignment
* Improved formating of HTML files
* Improves the display of files formatted for wider screens

* Many minor bug fixes
