The folks at iH8sn0w dev Team has published a new version of sn0wbreeze, updating their jailbreaking/unlocking tool for Windows to jailbreak the recently released iOS 5 beta 6.
Tagged as version 2.8 beta 6, the latest update tethered jailbreak supports the iPhone 3GS (with new bootrom), iPhone 4 (GSM/CDMA), iPod touch (3G/4) and the first generation iPad.
If your're not familiar with sn0wbreeze, this app, often refered to as the unofficial PwnageTool for Windows, "is a tool for Windows that will jailbreak your iPods and iPhones, setup custom boot logos, activate your iPhone, root partition size, build custom IPSW, and more!"
