For those not familiar with it, PEnGUIn is a PMP encoder software by La'Fear for the Mac OS X. And this certain application he's just released is actually a nethostfs. And this version is actually based on Ahman's source code for the irshell for the PC.

PEnGUIn(Host) is the third part of the PEnGUIn ToolKit and here's his notes on the readme:

1. For the first launching, press set button to select the directory for share.
2. Press Start button to enable wireless sharing.
3. Only support IRShell 2.1 & 2.2.

In the download below, we've also included his Quick Guide to the movie encoder that he's made. Everything is still in development, but we're just thankful that people are putting up these kinds of stuff, especially for the Mac OS X.
