If you haven't satisfied that nostalgic fix for playing old-school games on your iPhone or your iPod touch, then homebrew developer ZodTTD has just the thing for you. The lastest 0.0.7 version of gpSPhone, a homebrew GBA emulator, includes a lot of new fixes and features which finally make this application worthy enough to be called an honest-to-goodness emulator.
One of the biggest improvements in this version would be the addition of savestates. Gamers can now save their progress anytime and continue it from that point onwards.
ZodTTD also mentions that the previous synching problems with the emulator's sound has slightly improved. While it still needs a few tweaks, the developers assures everyone that this issue will be resolved in future updates.
Anyway, here's the complete list of the changes since our last coverage of gpSPhone:
v0.0.6 Improved sound quality & buffering Improved dynarec performance Added support for savestates Better frameskip support. v0.0.7 Fixed "Right button causing a B button press" issue
