PSP Homebrew developer SIM sk returns with an update to the cool homebrew game called Blackballs. This brings the release up to version 0.27. Blackballs is a clone of Dragonball for the PSP and the game has its own story and characters. The changelog for version 0.27 is listed below. Enjoy.
