We all know that most of you love to tinker with electronics and their accompanying circuits. When dealing with these things, however, one has to be well-versed in reading the different tolerance of the resistors to avoid problems and to make sure that everything works out fine.

Homebrew developer mootoo, now, has just come up with a new application that will definitely make your lives a lot easier. Called Resistor Color Code, this handy program does exactly what its name says. All you have to do is match the color of your resistors to the program and it will automatically provide you with the tolerance value.

Some of our forum members mentioned that they've already tried the program and have found that Resistance Color Code is accurate.
