Everyone's favorite homebrew theme installer Pxl_Installer is updated once again, and this time there are new minor improvements that gives the application a better user experience. Homebrew developer Albandu51managed to do the usual rounds of bug zapping, and has added some tweaks to functions such as scrolling and software installation.

Here's the capsule changelog for version 1.3 courtesy of the developer:

* Bugs correction.
* Superposition of the Wallpapers with the icons of the XMB for a better preview.
* Improvement of the scrolling.
* Improvement of the CXMB Software Installation.

If this is your first time to use Pxl_Installer or if you just started playing around with custom themes, you should know that custom, unofficial themes can only be used on PSPs running on CFW 3.90 M33 and 3.93 GEN.
