PSP homebrew developer MrX256 has released a new program that's simple in function, but quite effective in what it was made for. The homebrew, IP address and subnet calculator/converter, converts Internet Protocol version 4 addresses and subnets into binary form, and vice versa. Users are advised to go through the readme before installing the program.
