Developer thecobra visited the QJ.NET Forums earlier to announce the release of a new build of the CHANGE-D homebrew plugin for the Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP). This app, in case you weren't around during the initial report, lets you switch between games and applications in the VSH by pressing the L button.

This particular release , version 0.3, now enables users to swap the common,video,iso, music, and picture folders as well. It also features an improved button configuration to prevent possible conflicts with XMB functions like the music player or wb browser.
