Thanks to the work of PSP Developer KanadeEngel we now have NAND IPL Dumper for your PSP. This great homebrew tool will be very helpful to PSP developers and also is something nice for PSP homebrew people who are interested in learning a little more about the development side of the PSP scene. If you weren't sure what IPL means it stands for Initial Program Loader. The IPL is part of the PSP boot process and is one of the barriers that homebrew developers must conquer when trying to create custom firmware (CFW). Later models of the PSP (PSP-3000 and up) have an encrypeted IPL to prevent developers from creating new CFW.
