MikeDX has updated the MVSPSP to version 1.0A. He made a small modification that allows users to enable or disable the memory card. This means you'll no longer see the memory card options flashing up all the time.

If you want to save your virtual memory cards, create a MEMCARD directory in directory: PSP/GAME/MVSPSP directory. That way, the emulator will store your memory cards.
