Developer SKFU is back with an update to the PS Vita .pkg xTractor.  Thanks to SKFU we now have version 1.01 of the PS Vita .pkg xTractor which will allow you to not only extract the PS Vita Game packages but you can also use it to decrypt them too.  This latest update brings an updated crypto lib as well as the addition of a content type check and an extended menu.
