The PS Vita homebrew scene is still in its early stages but things are beginning to pick up. Here is another PS Vita Homebrew called VitaCOM and this is version 1.10 and it was released by PS Vita homebrew developer celcodioc. With the PS Vita homebrew VitaCOM which is open source you can use it as a wrapper for PlayStation Mobile libraries. "In accordance with the license agreement of the PlayStation Mobile SDK, no PSM .DLL files are included within this project.
The applications will load them automatically if the SDK is installed.
However, in order to build the source code, you will need to include them manually."
