"Massacre is the first and only rom editor for Sega Master System & compatible ROMs. It's rather slow due to it's Q-BASIC programming & is still rather buggy, but considering it's the only SMS ROM editor, there's not much to complain about. .05c is the newest version of Massacre which has been re-written w/ C instead of Q-BASIC."
