This goes for all World of Warcraft players: Right here and now, we can assure you, there's nothing mentally wrong with you, and no, you're NOT hearing voices. It's just that sometimes it can be so damn hard to see who's talking while you're in-game.

In comes Zek (aka Blood Cult), with his X-Perl Teamspeak Monitor 1.0, which gives you a keyboard monitor to indicate when you are pressing a key. Now, before you knock this down as useless and so-what-it's-a-keyboard-monitor, you should know that this can be potentially very useful. For your in-game talking woes especially, you can use this monitor to define and configure a key to be the same as your TeamSpeak push-to-talk key and voila, you'll see in-game who's talking.

There are limitations though: It will only work when WoW is the focussed application, and it also won't work if you use voice activation. And because of the way WoW key bindings work, 1.0 cannot monitor Control, Alt, Shift, or other similar modifier keys. Zek says that you might want to run TeamSpeak/Ventrilo on the same PC that WoW is on, to make stuff easier for you...unless you'd rather press two keys at once.

This is a standalone module so you can download and use this even without X-Perl proper. X-Perl Teamspeak Monitor 1.0 also makes it easier to incorporate the same functionality into other UnitFrame addons.
