After having to zip my favorite Mods and send them to my friends over and over, I decided to throw my collection up on the Curse-Gaming site. Please note, that this is only a collection that I use in addition to the CT_Mod add-ons. Feel free to enjoy them yourself or modify them as needed. I also try to keep them up-to-date with each WOW patch release.
Instructions: Unzip the contents of this file into your Interface folder. Additionally if you would like more components of CT_Mod feel free to check em out. http://www.ctmod.net/
AuraAspects: AuraAspects gives you, the Hunter, another bar with your Aspects. The bar works like the Paladin Aura-bar (hence the name). It currently has support for racial abilities and some class abilities/spells (Hunter, Priest, Shaman). Can be moved around using CT_Mod's unlock Frames option.

AutoShoutOut: Automatically notifies others when player or his/her pet stats drop below a certain percentage.

I recommend that you try the following setup as to not annoy other players and to only notify the people in your immediate area (via the SAY channel) if your pet will die soon--Meaning that the tanks will have to handle one more enemy soon. Othewise players will get notified via your character actually shouting to them “My mana is low” or “Heal me! I’m about to die!”.
1) check Autoswitch. 2) Set all Event types for Solo, Raid, and Party configurations to Notify via Shouting only. 3) Frequency of 30. 4) Notify Combat Only. 5) Uncheck the 'Notify via Messaging' option as to not annoy other players.
The only 'Notify via Messaging' I recommend considering is for Hunter's and Warlocks to use the following configuration.
Active Configuration: Party Events: Pet Health Notify via Messaging: Yes Notify Frequency: 20 Pet's health: below 20% Target Channel: SAY Message: "My Pet's is about to die!"
BC_Tracking Menu - Replaces the tracking icon on the minimap with an icon that has a popup menu that allows you to choose which tracking ability to activate. The menu is displayed when you mouse over the icon and is hidden when your mouse is no longer over the icon or the menu. The list of abilities in the menu is automatically populated* with the tracking abilities available to your character, and should update when you aquire new tracking abilities.
Site Page: http://www.curse-gaming.com/mod.php?addid=141 Slash Command: Not needed. Just click the tracking icon on the minimap to select tracking type.
CombatSound: a mod that plays audible notifications when certain things occur during combat. I really fell in love with this one when I realized I could modify the sounds myself. While I kept the same sounds for the basic rogue combo points, the fifth, full combo point warning needed a touch up. Next thing I knew, I found myself spending 4 hours searching through sound files online for just the right sounds.
Site Page: http://www.curse-gaming.com/mod.php?addid=593 Slash Command: /cs
Below is a list of the current sound events and why this mod rocks:
*You dodge (makes a cartoon-like dodging noise – a great heads up for classes whose abilities activate on dodge). *You parry (a heavy, metal, “tink” noise – also a great heads up for classes whose abilities activate on parry). *You critically hit your target (a cartoon-like arrow hitting a target noise – everyone loves to know when they get a crit). *You get a combo point (the original mod’s Mortal Kombat-like reminder voice--rogue/druid only). *You get 5 combo points (the actual Mortal Kombat “Finish Him” voice--rogue/druid only).
CT_Mod: CTmod is a small, sleek, efficient mod that adds all the basic tools you could ask for. Some of its basic features include four ways to display your player, party, and targets life and mana stats, as well as the very common sidebars and options menu. One of the most notable aspects of the mod is how clean the options menu is. The tool tips are short and descriptive, and it gives a message in your chat window when you change something. Changing an option is just a simple click of a picture.
Site Page: http://www.ctmod.net/ Slash Command: Use the CT button on the Map instead.
---------------- ---------------- ---------------- FishEase: This Addon helps people use the Fishing tradeskill more efficiently by making it easy to cast and easy to switch between fishing gear and normal gear. When a fishing pole is equipped, right clicking will cause the player to cast their line. Also, clicking on the bobber will automatically recast the line.

MoveAnything: A mod that lets you move, scale, and hide...well...anything at all! To use it, open up your main game menu (by hitting escape until it shows up) and pushing the MoveAnything! button there, or by using the "/move" command on the chat entry line. Choose the menu or item you want to move then drag it around with the left mouse button, resize it also with the left mouse button in the corners, or right click it to place it in the spot you designate.
Site Page: http://www.curse-gaming.com/mod.php?addid=601 Slash Command: /move (or just hit ESC and select)
SCT (Scrolling Combat Text): A fairly simple but very configurable mod that adds damage, heals, and events (dodge, parry, windfury, etc...) as scrolling text above you character model, much like what already happens above your target. This makes it so you do not have to watch (or use) your regular combat chat window and gives it a "Final Fantasy" feel. Really awesome for certain reminders like, “Berserk Now!” for Trolls.

SelfCast: Supports optional Alt self-casting and auto self-targeting for beneficial spells. A must-have mod which allows you to hold down the ALT key and then when you click any spell, you will be the target of it. Very handy for buffing, protecting, and healing when you don’t want to loose your current target too!
Site Page: http://www.curse-gaming.com/mod.php?addid=133 Slash Command: Use << /selfcast help >> or << /sc help >> for a helpful list of commands.
SellValueLite: Remember the sell price for items when not at the merchant. /il lists everything out for you in a nice orderly window. Otherwise the last prices from shops can be seen by mousing over an item.

SmartPet: A must-have Hunter & Warlock add-on to help your pet manage its energy and mana. For example, the following options are included:
* Taunt Management: Enabling this will ensure that your pet always has enough focus to Cower or Growl. Each time you enter combat, your pet will make use of the abilities that were set to Autocast when combat started, while maintaining enough focus to growl or cower every 5 seconds. After combat ends, abilities that were disabled by the focus manager during combat will be re-enabled.
* PVP Taunt Management When commanding your pet to attack a PVP enabled player, smart pet will automatically toggle off any taunt, detaunts, and autocower that are enabled. Upon the pet's exiting from combat these modes will reset themselves to pre PVP settings. Note: Will not trigger when attacking PVP enabled NPC's.
* Smart Focus Management: Enabling this will attempt to maximize your pets DPS output by automatically enabling and disabling burst and sustained damage abilities at the appropriate time.

SortEnchant: This add on changes the Enchantment interface by adding groupings to it, much like pretty much every other trade skill. These groupings can either be done by Armor type to be enchanted (Bracer, Chest, etc.) or the type of enchantment that is being done (Agility, Mana, etc.), also by the number of times you can do a recipe (Lots, 5-10, 1-4, None). Great for Enchanters!

StanceSets: Builds on the WeaponQuickSwap addon by adding a panel where you can drag and drop weapon sets per stance/form. Typing /stancesets will open the stance set configuration dialog. Drag and drop the weapons you want equipped for each set into the containers, starting from the left. If you want to make sure the first set is in your hands when you assume that stance/form, check the "Equip first on activate". If you do not have this checked, and the weapons in your hand match one of the sets from your new stance, no swap will occur. To remove a weapon, drag it off the slot.
Up to 3 sets of weapons can be available for each stance. To cycle through them, create a macro with the following command "/stancesets next". The add-on will loop around to the beginning of the list when it sees the first empty main hand slot, so: (weapon1, weapon2) (blank, weapon3) (weapon4, weapon5) will not cycle at all if your hands are already holding weapon1 and weapon2. If you don't have any matching set in your hand when you call "next", the first set will be put in your hands.
This Mod is awesome for Warriors, Shamans, Druids, Paladins, and anyone who carries multiple weapon sets based on the situation. You will have to change your stancesets whenever you change weapons to match your new weapons.

WeaponQuickSwap: UI Addon to allow you to switch weapons quickly with a single keystroke. This is really the meat behind StanceSets, so just leave it in there if you use it.
