Shows your movement speed in % (according to your normal running speed) on your Titan Panel.

I do not know if Tainted (http://ui.worldofwar.net/ui.php?id=660) discontinued it or not, but I do not plan to take over. I just would like to share my additions. If I am wrong to do so, just disregard this.

I added the following features:
* Ability to learn and display movement speeds in special places such as PvP battlegrounds (I also found out it can display movement speed in Blackrock Mountain, which is odd).
* Toggeable Icon (and made the text toggleable too).
* Right-click dropdown menu to make it more user friendly.
* Fixed up the default zone values from data that I've collected.
* *NEW* Option to show tenths digit. Results may vary depending on game
