Description : Got tired of waiting for Insomniax to update (LED is phenomenal, but just doesn't have time anymore) So I decided to compile something with some carefully chosen addons to compliment the package, the core package is CT/Insomniax.Remember folks..if you like this vote/add to favorites and LEAVE COMMENTS:) I get lonely at work lol.
********DISCLAIMER: I didn't write any of these simply compiled them, I will help issues as much as possible, but it may be best to find the author of the addon for advanced help (all addons I got from this site). ALSO if you have any concerns regarding wowrankings.exe FEEL FREE to remove it from your Interface/Addons folder.********
Installing Serenity
1. DL Serenity off this site 2. Extract the zip file into your interface folder (or you can overwrite your interface folder with the one in the zip file if you have nothing of importance in yours). 3. Log into wow and enjoy! ---------------------- WoW Rankings
1. Go to http://wowrankings.com and register.
2. After you have registered, download wowrankings and mesh wowrankings and wow together. For more information log into http://www.wowrankings.com and it gives detailed info.
**Meshing** Basically, it means that you set your most used WoW shortcut/alias to point to WoWRankings.exe, and then let WoWRankings.exe launch WoW.exe, so that you only lauch using one icon. The updater can be set to launch any program after exiting, or it can be set to not launch a program at all. By default, the updater is set to not launch anything at all.
This helps ensure that your profile is updated before you run WoW, and it also keeps the WoWRankings UI updated. Here is an example of how we suggest you setup your shortcut/alias, and how to setup the updater to launch WoW.exe. Step 1: Make a shortcut/alias to WoWRankings.exe Create a shorcut to WoWRankings.exe, and drag it to where you would normally place programs that you use frequently, desktop, quick launch, etc. Step 2: Configure WoWRankings.exe to launch WoW.exe If you have already launched WoWRankings.exe and setup the updater, you willl have to launch it, and then quickly press the 'Settings' button. The 'Settings' button is not avaliable after it passes the Initialization phase. Once in the settings, you will see a series of radio buttons. One of them is WoW.exe. Select it, and then click Apply. The updater has been configured to launch WoW.exe after the updater terminates. Now, when you are ready to run WoW, launch it using your new shortcut to the updater, and let the updater do its thing. **end Note**
3. Go to http://www.wowrankings.com .
4. Search for your character (once it's added/updated)
5. You are now able to look at your Character, Skills, and Talents wherever, whenever, and however you want. ____________________________________________________________
NOTE: DUE TO SECURITY ISSUES/ Botting Concerns BROUGHT UP BY BLIZZARD I HAVE REMOVED Auto-Login and Auto Travel. Changes : Changed the name of the UI for my own reasons. Revamped the UI for the changes made in 1.8, added a few new addons/tested them, removed a few other addons I never seem to use to free up space etc. Required Dependencie: SEA, Gryffon, DynamicData, DynamicDataItem, CT_Mastermod
