Tracks extra attacks gained through Reckoning using the Rogue combo points UI.

This add-on will accurately track the number of stored attacks, based on the following set of criteria compiled from various threads found in the worldofwarcraft.com Paladin forums:

- If auto-attack is not engaged, the extra attack is stored (up to a maximum of 4 charges)
- The next successful auto-attack will release all charges
- Changing weapons causes all charges to be lost
- Leaving combat causes all charges to be lost
- Dying causes all charges to be lost
