Pogel's PVPFlag version 1.0 - 26 March 2005

A simple PVP status indicator.

Commands
--------

/pvpflag or /pvpflag help will show help

/pvpflag lock - will stop the flag from being moveable
/pvpflag unlock - will make the flag moveable
/pvpflag reset - will reset the flag's position
/pvpflag alpha - will set the alpha for the flag. Value should be in the range 0-100 (percent)
/pvpflag scale - will set the scale of the compass, in percent (default = 100)
/pvpflag show - sets when to show the flag based on the mode:
always - always show the flag
red - show the flag only when PVP is enabled
white - show the flag only when PVP is disabled
