PallyPowah will intelligently choose which buffs to give to which class, and which priority they are assigned. Priests get wisdom first- hunters and mages get salvation first.

PallyPowah will prioritize which classes to cast on- it buffs priests before it buffs hunters, for example.

Pallies without kings will not attempt to cast kings. Pallies without sanctuary will not attempt to cast sanctuary. Pallies will not attempt to buff players out of range.

PallyPowah will not rebuff a player if they have been buffed in the past five minutes, and the buff you cast on them is still on them.

If you have a player targetted outside your party/raid/group it will buff them also.
