Blizzard added a new event for channeled spells so I added code to capture it to fix the non-disappearing time left on spell bug.

Fixed a display bug where the decimal was being left off of whole numbers when casting. I.E. '1.0' was being displayed as '1'.

CPlayerBar now shows the casting time. You can hide it by editing the lua file.

You may change the color of the time displayed by editing the lua file.

Fixed a bug with the casting bar not updating if you were hit rapidly in succession. The casting bar will now display accurately in those situations.

Description
-----------

CPlayerBar shows a casting bar where the player name is at. It is basically the same as my other mod CEPlayerBar but it doesn't show the exp bar also.

You may modify the color of the casting bars in the Lua file.
