Blizzard added a new event for channeled spells so I added code to capture it to fix the non-disappearing time left on spell bug.

Fixed a display bug where the decimal was being left off of whole numbers when casting. I.E. '1.0' was being displayed as '1'.

CEPlayerBar now shows the casting time. You can hide it by editing the lua file.

You may change the color of the time displayed by editing the lua file.

Fixed a bug with the casting bar not updating if you were hit rapidly in succession. The casting bar will now display accurately in those situations.

Description
-----------

CEPlayerBar shows experience behind your name instead of being clear. It also changes to a casting bar temporarily when you cast.

There are some customizations to the hover over display on the exp bar that you can access by typing '/cep'.

You may modify the colors of the bar in the lua file.
