File Description
What is AuctionSync?

AuctionSync provides the user with detailed auction information on items. The mod will allow the user to decide which categories at the auction house he/she would like to scan. If the user decides to scan all the categories then all of them will be scanned, otherwise only the selected categories will be scanned. Items that are scanned are processed for specific values: Bid Price, Buy-Out Price, and Quantity. The information is then stored into an array which is sorted to provide the user with the best possible average for that given item. AuctionSync was built around the ability to use and store moving medians. This will assure that the user is getting a valid median response.

For more information about Moving Medians or Moving Averages please visit the following site:

AuctionSync stores data into the database much more efficiently and smaller then AuctionMatrix

What is the information that is displayed by AuctionSync?

AuctionSync will display up to seven items of information to the user. These items can be turned off/on within the options panel. The information that is provided is as follows:

1) The number of stacked items for that particular item.
2) The (MinBid) or average Bid Price for that given item.
3) The (BuyOut) or average Buy-Out Price for that given item.
4) The (AvgDiff) or the average difference between the (MinBid) and (BuyOut).
5) The (EstVal) or Estimated Value for that given stack of items. This is calculated using the (MinBid).
6) The amount of times that item has been seen at the auction house.
7) The actual sell price of that item to a vendor.

What options are available to me?
-The ability to filter only the quality of items you want AuctionSync to store.
-The ability to purge a certain quality of items from your database.
-The ability to turn off any given portion of the information that is displayed to you within the tooltip.
-The ability to drop items at the Auction House and have AuctionSync automatically calculate the price and buy-out for you.
-The ability to only scan user specific categories.
-The ability to have AuctionSync remember that last amount you put into the Auction House when you sold an item.
-The ability to tell AuctionSync to save custom sell values for items. When using this option all items with custom values will use the custom value rather then the AuctionSync price.
-The ability to filter out only the items you want AuctionSync to store. This ability can be accessed from the options panel.
-The ability to purge your database by a specific rarity.

Does AuctionSync work with ItemSync?
-Yes they work perfectly together.

Can I upgrade my AuctionMatrix information to AuctionSync?
-Yes your data will automatically convert once you login while having both AuctionMatrix and AuctionSync active.
(You must have AuctionMatrix and AuctionSync both installed for the information to be successfully converted. Once the data is converted you can safely remove AuctionMatrix.)

Why can’t I set a custom price on an item?
-Sorry, you’re only able to add custom prices on items AuctionSync has seen before. This will ability will not be changed. If you really do wish to set a custom price on a specific item then put it up for auction, scan for it, and then quickly remove it. There is no other way around this. Please don’t ask, your request will be ignored.

Can I convert Auctioneer data to AuctionSync?
-Sorry, you will not be able to. Due to the complexity of Auctioneer the information cannot be converted over to AuctionSync. This feature will not be programmed into AuctionSync. Please don't ask for this feature, your request will be ignored.
