Nintendo DS coder Cid2Mizard is busy with the Jetfighter project. It's now on version 0.4b, with a couple of improvements from the previous version. The biggest new thing right now is that it's recoded in Palib. Here are a couple of other changes and improvements:

* Life gauge
* Score
* Collisions and explosions
* Launch only one laser at the same time

Two players can hack at the game at the same time: first player uses the D-pad to move and the L shoulder button to shoot, while the second player uses A, B, X, Y to move and R shoulder buttton to shoot.

The game is in French, but that shouldn't be much of a problem. The menu is pretty simple to work through.
