3DSaveTool version 0.2b is BroadOn utility that will help you obtain the key XOR used to encrypt / decrypt savefile EEPROM 3DS games. You may ask what is the point of the 3DSaveTool and the answer is that it is a starting point that may lead to bigger things for the Nintendo 3DS.  You can see the change log and what's different from v0.2 to v0.2b.
