In simple terms, a portal is usually used by non-homebrew users. It allows people with PlayStation Portable (PSP) units run flash games and applications. You might remember that homebrew developer pspfreefiles recently came up with his own portal known as Ultimate PSP.

Now, another coder mcbumface released a different portal over at QJ.Net Forums quite recently. He noted that to be able to use this, you should acquire first Winrar. Also, you should be on FW 2.7 or higher and flash should be enabled in your handheld. The portal contains:

* 16 Flash Apps
* 211 Flash Games
* 3 Separate Portals
* 20 Wallpapers
* PSPTunes
* Links
* WLPM
* Camera
* 5 different themes

We should say, that's one helluva lot of content for TechBiz - PSP Portal v2.0. A Readme file has been included with the download. It will tell you more information concerning installation, tutorials, and other instructions.
