Shortly after bubble2k released SnezziDS v.027 trial version eager DS gamers took it for a test-drive for bugs. Being a work-in-progress, the SNES emulator was expected to have some glitches.

In response to the reported bugs, bubble2k released an update on his homebrew emulator that addresses some of the problems. If you're having trouble playing Castlevania 4 or any games with sound, bubble2k suggest you try the nosound version and see if it works better.

So far people who tried this update reported improvements even for games that were already working. Except for Final Fantasy 3, which could be fixed by using this hack:
