One simple [Windows] executable to rule them all… Rain’s IPL Injection Test. It’s straight to the point, it displays runtime output should your experience be a successful or unsuccessful one, and it is indeed simple.

Release Notes:

* Vista UAC Users will be greeted by a UAC Dialog, select Allow. This is the same as if you right clicked and ran as admin and admin privileges are needed for IPL Injection.
* This apps code is based of Rain’s MMS Maker 1.3 and in some parts 1.0 to allow faster writing. The application has been tested on 32 bit versions of Vista, XP, and 2000 on both Phat and Slim PSP’s with 2 and 8 GB SanDisk Memory Sticks.
* This app is released free of charge, AS-IS and without warranty. It uses the same methods found in other windows based MMS maker’s and command line methods. In the rare occasion of a windows format error due to block 0 format the stick with the PSP to resolve the problem.
