Mitchell informed us of yet another issue of PSP Tribune 5, which gives a good preview of GTA: Vice City Stories. They've also got a preview of Gun: Showdown and a review of Super Monkey Ball Adventure inside that you might like.

In this new issue of PSP Tribune, however, one thing even those who aren't great at hombrew will especially love is their introduction to shells, the Graphical User Interface (GUI) screens of your PSP. They've even included some recommended types of shell apps for you to tweak your own PSP with.
