Bartnicki and SephZero have put together a theme back for PSP-OSS v.3. When PSP-OSS was updated some graphical adjustments were necessary so these updates will allow you to use the same themes you enjoyed on version .2 with the newest version of PSP-OSS. Thanks to great graphical themes by Bartnicki and SephZero you will never get bored with PSP-OSS's style. On a final note, the newest update for the theme pack contains 5 themes and 4 wallpapers, including;
