SephZero from team PSP-OSS has released the first version of his skin pack. This excellent theme pack for PSP-OSS features 9 Themes with included backgrounds. Covering everything from Windows XP and Mac OS themes to the Simpsons and The Matrix. Allowing gamers to pick whichever theme they enjoy.

For those who dont know PSP-OSS is a open source application for the PSP that replaces many of the standard PSP's standard functions such as a MP3 Player, Clock and Image Viewing, in addition to many other features such as the 480x272 background images and custom themes such as these and more.
