With the release of N64 emulator Monkey64 v2.0 and a possible better version of Daedalus N64 in the works, almost everybody is excited about playing their N64 games on the PSP. If only there was an easier way of renaming your N64 game ROMs to support the N64 emulators, things will be so much nicer.

Since we all could use some niceties in our everyday lives, here's a tool that will automatically rechristen your ROMs for use with your N64 emulator of choice: the N64 ROM Renamer v0.90.

Once you have the file downloaded, transfer the folder that contains the ROMs, which is n54ren, to the exe file. Do this by opening the command line and typing n64ren c:n64ren or simply by dragging and dropping the n64ren folder to the exe file. Now you can play those N64 games on your PSP without
worrying about renaming them.
