Quake, a PSP homebrew coder, has released a new version of his Windows application Extreme Link. And for this release, v1.5.3, the dev tweaked with a number of things, aside from the cosmetic changes.

If you aren't familiar with Extreme Link, it's a Windows application that allows for easy access and control over things like gamesaves, homebrew, and the other stuff in the memory card. Check out the changelog for version 1.5.3:
