from RainMotorsports:
I created this program not as competition to other programs and not because it was needed. I wrote it as an alternative that did not need .net or need to be installed. This program is the sum of my 10 years of programming in pascal. After years of writing code for other people I have finally written and released a complete application on my own. I did this in only 5 days so it does leave some things to be desired and I am already writing things to add, improve, and "fix".
Requirements
- Windows 2000, XP, or Vista
- Official Firmware Update file for desired firmware.
DOES NOT need .net, DOES NOT need to be installed, ONLY has 1 file!
Special Features
Detects if a PSP is connected to the system and selects if present (Attempts Specific Model ID)
DOES NOT use the Microsoft.net framework and does not require an install.
The program operates out of 1 file with everything inside of it (msinst is extracted temporarily)
Config.txt editor for advanced configuration
