Homebrew developer littlevish dropped by QJ.NET PSP Development Forum and released a new portal named Galaxy. For those quite new to these, portals are website-like programs that is compatible with the PlayStation Portable. It is used to compile games, applications, and other useful and interesting contents.

Galaxy v1 comes with eight games as well as eight applications. It is different from the other portals in such a way that it allows users to load their own content and Galaxy will read them as if they are one of the default contents. This specific portal also comes with eBuddy's instant online messenger.
