Robert Durbin has released a bug-free version of his Deal or no Deal homebrew game for the DS. I'm sure you've already seen the TV show, and this game is exactly the same. Firstly you choose one of 26 cases as 'your case' then you start to elimiate other cases on the board. Perioidically you are given deals by a banker, and your mission if you choose to accept it is to get the best deal for yourself by either saying 'deal' to the banker and accepting one of his offers or continue to the end where you can choose whether to keep your case or trade for the other one.

The game also keeps track of your previous deals, so you can see just how well you've been doing! It's a pretty basic game, but just like the TV show it can be quite difficult to beat the banker and get a good deal for yourself. Robert ran into a few bugs in earlier releases, including crashes, the game allowing multiple cases to be selected and so forth, but all of them have been fixed now so it should run perfectly.
